By using WORDREADY® for as little as ten minutes every few days, you will learn some of the most important words in English in a fun and enjoyable way.

If you have a subscription to WORDREADY®:

1. By using WORDREADY® on a regular basis, your children will learn some of the most important vocabulary items in English.
2. Your children will be learning how they can use computers in a fun way to support their education - and quite possibly learning how to use a computer better.
3. If you wish, you can enjoy spending time learning alongside your children.

If you have a subscription to WORDREADY®:

1. If your learners use WORDREADY® on a regular basis, they will learn some of the most important vocabulary items in English. WORDREADY® takes care of the concern that your learners may not be meeting the words that they need to learn on a frequent and systematic enough basis.
2. At any time - and from anywhere on the internet - you will be able to see how each of your learners is progressing with their vocabulary, and when they last logged on to WORDREADY®.
3. You will have use of Classroom Tools containing a bank of over 1,000 Multimedia Flash Cards for use with learners - great for projectors or digital whiteboards. Each Multimedia Flash Card has a word, a picture of the word, pronunciation, a sample phrase/sentence using the word and a recording of the sample phrase/sentence, and an optional translation.
4. Classroom time previously spent on repetitive vocabulary work will be freed up for things that only a teacher can do best.
5. You will have an additional motivating task to set for homework.

If you are teaching in a school that doesn’t have a subscription to WORDREADY® you may find it useful to recommend that parents or guardians take out a private subscription to WORDREADY® for their children.

Also, if you have private lessons or are a freelance teacher, you may be interested in taking out a ‘school subscription’ for use with your learners.

   2. offered as an optional extra - schools buy subscriptions for licences in bulk at the school rate and charge their learners individually – this could still be much less than the price of a single-user WORDREADY® licence
5. Learners can use WORDREADY® from home reducing the burden on computer facilities in the school. Parents will also appreciate having their home computers put to good use.
6. For larger subscriptions, we can arrange for co-branding in WORDREADY® to further enhance the image of your school.

Note that for Summer Schools and Short Courses, the benefits are the same as for year-round schools. Although learners may only be with you for short period of time, WORDREADY® can be made available to them either before or after they attend a course with you – or both.
